About us
We are the newest branch of Herefordshire Wildlife Trust and looking forward to meeting members from Leominster, Bromyard and all the surrounding villages.
Our aim for 2024 is to start surveying the area and observe our wildlife; we have set up a surveys team to organise a program. There have also been many requests about how to make our gardens more wildlife friendly and we hope to make some gardens available for visit and offer guidance on projects to produce nature-friendly habitats. We share many aims with Transition Leominster and are lucky to have the help and support of Leominster in Bloom.
Our meetings are open to all and members from other local branches are very welcome. Talks take place at the Leominster Baptist Church, Etnam St., Leominster, HR6 8AJ; entrance £2 for members and £3 for non-members. Some activities will be held at different locations in North Herefordshire. We are a short drive away from Bodenham Lakes and Queenswood (also accessible by limited bus service) and these are great places for future events this year.
