Our 6,000 plus members are the heart and soul of Herefordshire Wildlife Trust. Not only do membership subscriptions provide the funding for our core work but our members provide a voice for wildlife and take action across the county, helping us to create a Wilder Herefordshire.
It's vital that our members know how valued they are. As part of the new member journey, we would like every person that signs-up to have a touch point with a member of the Herefordshire Wildlife Trust team. To support this, we need a small team of volunteers to make a short phone call to every new member within their first few weeks of joining.
This is an office based role and would require you to be able to travel to our Queenswood site once per month. You would be working closely with our Membership Officer, engaging new members and making sure they know about all of the exciting membership benefits!
Main tasks
- To support the Membership Officer in building relationships with new members
- To feedback about conversations with new members
- To accurately record calls as they are made
Skills/Qualities Needed
