Youth & Wellbeing Officer - Julia Morton

Julia is passionate about connecting as many people of all ages with nature as possible.
Her work focuses on managing WildPlay, which has enabled 1000s of children over the years to play freely in community green spaces and on our nature reserves, and on developing our growing work with young people over the age of 14.
She loves being part of a team which understands and promotes how big an impact connecting with nature can have on people’s lives.

Lesley Hack, Membership Officer
Lesley joined us in early 2023 and oversees our memberships, making sure all our members are well looked after. With a background in customer service and business improvement she is always keen to hear how we can make our membership even better. Lesley enjoys getting outside for long walks and bike rides.
WildPlay Ranger - Rosa Fernandez

I was once called Misses Grass and the Brownie Lady on the same day , and I couldn’t be prouder of those titles! After years managing and developing private businesses, I chose muddy boots over high heels and swapped meetings for messy hair, campfires, and plenty of silliness.
Now, I’m happier than ever, inspiring others to love the outdoors and to experience life through play. I’m passionate about child-led adventures, safe tool use, and creating opportunities that spark curiosity, confidence, and joy. I truly believe play isn’t just for children, it’s for adults too!
