About the event

In these challenging times nature can offer comfort, distraction and inspiration. Herefordshire Wildlife Trust is offering this online programme to help you stay connected to each other and to wildlife

Take Notice in Nature

8 week online course promoting ways to well-being by connecting with the wildlife on your doorstep.  Starts 17th September

Each weekly session will be supported by Zoom and a WhatsApp group .

This programme is aimed at people who are unemployed or economically inactive, feel socially isolated and may be suffering with poor physical or mental health. 

To apply you must be currently out of work, over 16 years of age (there is no upper age limit!) and have access to the internet - the sessions will use Zoom, WhatsApp and Facebook.
