Botanical Watercolour with Helen Haywood
About the event
A workshop with the wonderful botanical artist Helen Haywood.
Helen has exhibited at the Kew Gardens Gallery and her work was included in A New Flowering: 1000 Years of Botanical Art exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum. Now living in Herefordshire, in 2017 she had a solo show at Studio 54 Gallery in Kington: The Art of Helen Haywood.
Some experience of working with watercolour is an advantage for this workshop.
Some time will be spent outside, weather permitting, so please bring weather-appropriate clothing and outdoor footwear.
Tea and coffee will be available for free throughout the day but please bring a packed lunch and any other snacks you may need.
This is a fundraising event for Herefordshire Wildlife Trust - with grateful thanks to Helen Haywood for donating her time and skills.
