Wildlife Watch Leader

Location:
Wildlife Watch is the junior membership scheme for the Wildlife Trusts and is an exciting way of introducing young people to wildlife and the natural world in their own local communities.
We run Wildlife Watch Groups in local communities for junior members aged 7 to 14 years and are always looking to run more.
Groups usually run monthly, each meeting lasting around 2 hours and we focus on a different wildlife topic each time. Sessions include practical tasks such as building bug hotels, learning about different wildlife species and habitats and wildlife crafts and games.

WATCH groups are run by parents and local volunteers. If you are interested in setting up a group, or would like to help out at an existing group, we can offer training and support (DBS check required).
