How you can help

We can't do it without you

Making Herefordshire a place rich in wildlife

We've all seen astonishing changes in our daily lives, and our wildlife is struggling to keep their place in this fast-changing world. The Trust works across the whole of Herefordshire, developing practical conservation solutions that puts local wildlife back into the picture and safeguards their futures.

With the support of our members and a caring public, the Trust is tackling wildlife decline head on. For example, we:

  • own and manage over 50 nature reserves in Herefordshire, where you can see all sorts of wildlife, getting on with their everyday lives
  • work with farmers, communities, businesses and government to put the needs of wildlife firmly into the debate and to influence decisions and actions
  • carry out essential research so that we fully understand why wildlife - like the dormouse - and the places where they live are declining, and how we can help bring this wildlife back from the brink
  • increase awareness and understanding of wildlife among children and adults to help them become today's, and tomorrow's, wildlife champions

It's support from people like you that has made all this possible.

So please take the time to look at the different ways that you can help, and join more than a 2,500 people supporting the Trust to make Herefordshire a better place for wildlife and people.

Thank you!
